Infectious Diseases (ID) prevention and optimal management remain at the core of quality care in the modern Intensive Care Unit (ICU). On the same time, novel challenges posed by multidrug-resistant (MDR) organisms, emerging pathogens, and complex patient populations demand constant innovation and multidisciplinary expertise.
The IMPACT-ICU Postgraduate Course aims to provide an up-to-date, evidence-based educational forum for clinicians and researchers dedicated to optimizing infection outcomes in critically ill patients. It is is designed for intensivists, infectious diseases specialists, clinical microbiologists, pharmacists and related bio-scientists who are involved in infection management in the ICU setting.
