Evaluation & Report of Observership Visit

We ask you kindly to provide feedback on your Observership visit and to submit your report which is a condition for reimbursement for funded observerships. The results of the evaluation and your report will be published on the ESCMID Collaborative Centre website.

To complete the form, you will need to have the report of your Observership visit on hand. 

Your report should include the following aspects:

• What you learned during the observership visit.
• Examples of how your practice will change as a result of this visit.
