To ensure that the mentorship is progressing successfully, reports must be submitted via the ESCMID platform. Reports will be reviewed by the Mentorship Task Force or the ESCMID Office. Feedback may require the report to be revised and resubmitted.
Halfway through the mentorship period, you must submit an interim report online.
Upon completion of the mentorship, a final report must also be submitted online. Following submission of the final report, please submit for reimbursement via the reimbursement portal.

Failure to submit any report by the deadline will result in the mentorship being cancelled, and the mentee will be ineligible for reimbursement.
