Research Grants

ESCMID annually allocates extensive financial support to research in CM/ID driving innovation and collaboration. ESCMID's grants can be awarded individually to young investigators or to projects under the ESCMID Study Groups.

ESCMID Global Support

ESCMID aims to help researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals attend ESCMID Global through travel grants for abstract submitters, attendance grants for participants from low- and middle-income countries, and awards for outstanding abstract submissions.

Career Support

Dedicated to advancing the careers of CM and ID professionals without restriction, ESCMID offers grants to new parents and caregivers, ensuring they have time for their families without compromising their professional development.

Awards

ESCMID honours the contributions made by researchers, clinicians, and other trailblazers in the fields of CM and ID with a variety of prestigious awards ranging from outstanding research by our young scientists to key innovation by leaders in the field of infection.

Attendance Grant

Because facilitating learning opportunities is a priority, ESCMID offers grants for a wide range of onsite educational events, from ESCMID postgraduate courses to certificate modules and the ESCMID Summer School programme.
