Vaccines

Vaccines are one of the most important and cost-effective medical interventions that have ever been implemented. The ESCMID Vaccines Subcommittee was established in order to promote scientific collaboration, education, research and policy-relevant dialogue in the field of vaccines and vaccine-preventable diseases. This is done through advancing high-quality research initiatives, supporting evidence-based vaccine policies and building expertise in vaccinology among early-career professionals.

Activities

The subcommittee works to consolidate all vaccine-related activities of ESCMID under one guiding hand. These activities range from web series, publications, research funding and joint initiatives with other international organisations.
