Work experience

# At Present, I am working as an Establishment Officer (Research and Development), Centre of Excellence (CoE), National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Raebareli (NIPER R), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. At NIPER Raebareli, CoE is being established in the Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) to bridge academia and industry for translation outcomes. As EO (R&D) my role is to establish the centre and connect industries with ongoing NIPER R and CoE-NDDS Research. Additionally, I have been assigned to manage funds for the facility (research and formulation), purchase of equipment’s/instruments and startup ecosystem.
# Earlier, I worked as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with R.V.R. & J.C. C.E. STP Foundation, Guntur Andhra Pradesh. The foundation as an inclusive technology business incubator is funded by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India under National Initiative for Development and Harnessing Innovations (NIDHI). In the role of CEO at iTBI was to setup capacities, establishment facilities, finance and an operation of incubator. I worked to foster innovations and startups in the region for society.

# I worked as Research Director for MetaBioGenX Pvt. Ltd. Pvt Ltd Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India during 2023-2024. MetaBioGenX as a firm deal in offering services in Data Analysis, contract research and consultancy. MetaBioGenX focus on healthcare and data from biological sciences and its analysis. I worked with MetaBioGenX for a period more than year where we provided services to India and foreign clients. My role was to establish the facilities and project execution.

# With American University School of Medicine, Aruba, I was associated in academic and research work of UG and PG medical students during 2020-2022. I was assigned basic science courses for UG and PG medical Students with their research work. Additionally, I have been assigned duties for research coordinator to skill and train students and faculties.
# At Rejuvenation Therapeutic Corp, USA (2018-2019), I was assigned to provide scientific and technical support to the formulation team. Additionally, I had responsibility for product sheet description, copywriting, technical writing and data presentation. Additional to this scientific writing and publishing were associated with routine duties.

Further work experience

# During post-doctoral training at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India I worked on protein engineering and system biology to profile and refine clot dissolving enzymes. In the year 2016, I received National Post Doctoral Fellowship and joined IISER Bhopal under Prof Himanshu Kumar. I worked for two years and complected project in the year 2018. I worked here in refinement of clot dissolving enzymes for substrate specific affinity.
# At R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering (A), Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, I worked for more than 6 years where I taught, BTech Biotechnology students. I taught both core and applied courses including Enzyme Engineering Technology, Cancer Biology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Gene and Genomics, Proteomics and Biophysics. I have also handled laboratories including genetic engineering, industrial microbiology, immunology and biochemistry.
# After my graduation i.e. Bachelor in Pharmaceutical Sciences, I worked with ASA Biotech Pvt. Ltd., Baddi Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India for one year. I was associated in large scale production and quality control of Oral Solid and semi–solid Formulations.
