-Contributed to Global AMR Research Strategies: by identifying and validating potential therapeutic targets within the secretion systems of WHO high-priority opportunistic pathogens

- Elucidated Protein Biogenesis Pathways: studied the assembly and translocation of outer membrane proteins (OMPs) in Neisseria meningitidis, specifically TbpA, LbpA and PorA to determine the critical role of chaperones (SurA and NMB_0345) in bacterial virulence and structural integrity.

Advanced Genetic Engineering and Molecular Biology

- Performed Genetic Cloning: Designed and executed complex genetic manipulations, including the creation of deletion mutants, complementation strains, and promoter swaps to analyze gene regulation and protein expression patterns.
