The registration fee includes the scientific sessions, printed conference material, lunches & coffee breaks during the event and networking event, but not travel and accommodation costs.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the course up to two weeks before the start date. A full refund of the course fees will be allowed, but the organizers cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred (transports, hotels, etc.) no matter the reason for cancellation of the event.
