The goal of the Eurobiofilm 2013 meeting is to provide a platform for all scientists studying basic and clinical aspects of microbial biofilms to present novel data and to exchange new information on bacterial and fungal biofilms. The multidisciplinary program will cover many topics, and will be balanced between basic and clinical aspects of microbial biofilms. Many leading scientists in the field will be present as speaker and/or chairperson. Talks will be presented during various plenary sessions, integrated symposia and symposia. On 9 September, several educational pre-conference workshops will be organised.

Attendance Grants
ESCMID provides a number of attendance grants for ESCMID “young scientist
members”. The grant covers the registration fee, but not travel or accommodation costs. Please apply via this link before 1 June 2013. Applicants will be informed about their acceptance by 15 June 2013.
