ECCMID Travel Grants 2016

You are an ESCMID Young Scientist member and would like to attend the 26th ECCMID in Amsterdam? We will be accepting applications as of 15 September 2015 for these grants.

ESCMID Young Scientist members (35 years-of-age or younger), who wish to attend the 26th ECCMID in Istanbul, may apply for support. Abstracts are evaluated by blind review and on this basis, up to 100 abstracts with the highest scores are offered free registration. Of these individuals, an additional travel grant is awarded to those with the highest scores.

A travel grant will include full registration to the Congress and a travel allowance amounting to EUR 500 (paid in cash onsite against presentation of an identity card or passport).

Eligibility criteria

Travel grants and free registrations are both conditional upon the acceptance of an abstract. The applicant must be presenting author of an abstract submitted for the 26th ECCMID and as well as an ESCMID Young Scientist member (35 years-of-age or younger).
