The TAE Day is a session for CM and ID trainees or young scientist hosted at the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID).

This session is a well-received ECCMID session where different activities related to trainees will take place such as ESCMID opportunities, TAE award and Quizz. The highlight of the TAE Day is the Round Table Session, an informal setting where trainees/young professionals can get inspiration from renowned experts in CM and ID. Every year, participants have the opportunity to informally interact with these experts, discuss the main challenges and decisions during clinical and/or research career, get career advice, learn about career/research opportunities and strengthen their network.
