Infectious Diseases ethics (IDE) has gained visibility and consideration from the scientific community especially following the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, this field remains of high importance and includes essential topics that should be well-known and mastered by ID physicians and clinical microbiologists, such as research ethics, conflict of interest, GCP principles, etc. This course addresses current IDE hot topics that are paramount to maintaining high ethics standards in clinical practice, research, and publishing. Practical insights that are fundamental to practitioners of any age and experience are discussed.
