Please be advised that children under the age of 18 are not permitted to accompany ESCMID Global delegates. There are no tickets for accompanying persons - everyone who wishes to access the congress venue needs to have a valid congress registration.
All price changes occur at midnight CET. Onsite registration prices are subject to +25% Swedish VAT.

5 Can be purchased in advance from 11 March 2027 or at the venue on the day. The Day Pass includes access to the entire onsite programme and Exhibition on the selected day. The Exhibition only ticket is limited to the exhibition area. Online access is excluded from both pass types.

Please make sure not to book any overlapping courses, as you can only attend one course per time slot.
Registrations received by email are subject to an administration surcharge of 20 EUR per person. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online registration system that is safe, quick, easy and also gives you immediate confirmation along with the invoice.

Upon receipt of the registration fee, participants will receive a confirmation of registration.
Onsite participation: 10 days prior to the congress, you will receive an email with important congress information and a barcode to print your badge onsite. Please bring this barcode with you (digitally or printed) to scan it at the pre-paid registration stations in the registration area onsite.
Online participation: instructions and log-in details for online access will be provided by email to registered participants at several points leading up to the congress.
All ESCMID Global fees are in euros (EUR). For individual registration, payment is only possible by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
A registration is only valid after it is confirmed by email following receipt of the full payment by the indicated deadline. A copy of the bank transfer or other proof of payment will be required if registration fees were not credited to the ESCMID Global account on time.
During your online registration, you can enter a separate invoice address if needed. Any changes of the invoice address after completing your registration incurs a processing charge of 30 EUR.
To ensure safety and smooth access for all participants, a strict luggage policy will apply during the five congress days.
Each attendee may only bring the following items into the venue:
A maximum of two items is allowed per person.
All larger items must be stored in the cloakroom. Under no circumstances will large luggage be permitted inside the venue.
Exhibitors who need to bring in materials must refer to the Technical Manual or contact the Sponsoring Department in advance for delivery instructions.

All cancellations must be sent to escmidregistration(at)escmid.org. Cancellations are not possible for online registrations.
Participants have the right to cancel their registration within 14 days from the receipt of the registration invoice email. The right of withdrawal is lost if the participant attends the congress before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
Changes and/or cancellations are not possible on online registration tickets.
Name changes are possible until 02 April 2027. Each name change is subject to a handling fee of 50 EUR.
As per guidelines for pharmaceutical exhibitors, during the online registration you will need to state whether you are qualified to prescribe.
The participant acknowledges that they have no right to sue the organisers for damages should the congress not be held for unexpected political or economic reasons or because of "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate programme changes. With their registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
