Selective Pressure

This competitive quiz first took place at the congress in 2023, and we are thrilled to welcome back this interactive session for a fourth edition with more games and more prizes to win for everyone. Don't miss the spectacle this year at ESCMID Global.

What's it about

Selective Pressure is an exciting, fast-paced quiz competition. Ten teams of four compete across three rounds:

• Round 1: Rapid Fire – All teams go head-to-head in a quick-answer showdown. Only the top four scoring teams’ advance
• Semi-Finals: Family Feud Style – The remaining teams battle it out in a format inspired by the popular game show, emphasising consensus and group strategy
• Finals: Stranded island 

The winning team takes home the ESCMID Global Selective Pressure trophy - and bragging rights for the year!
