The Assembly of Members is the supreme body of the Society. All members in good standing are entitled to attend the Assembly which is held during the annual ECCMID. The President, upon resolution of the Executive Committee, notifies the members of an Assembly and of its agenda by an announcement no later than four weeks prior to the date of the Assembly. The Assembly of Members discusses the proposals of the Executive Committee and adopts resolutions by simple majority of the members present.
