ESCMID Young Scientist membership is open to up-and-coming scientists in training, or those who recently graduated. It brings together new skilled experts in the fields of Clinical Microbiology (CM) and Infectious Diseases (ID), fostering knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities.

Eligibility criteria: applicant must to be in training or a recent graduate (PhD with no longer than eight years post-graduation/MD or MD/PhD with no longer than five years from completion of clinical training/speciality). You may be required to upload a proof training status during the application review process.

The one-year ESCMID YSM is valid for 365 days from subscription. Longer duration memberships apply similarly.
In order to avoid any interruption in your print journal deliveries, your membership must be renewed by the 5th of the month prior to the expiration of your membership. Please note that additional journal subscriptions are offered to those with paid membership subscriptions.
