Conference Objectives

Objectives of the conference are to discuss and make the participants knowledgable on:

  • Epidemiology of emerging pathogens
  • Options for empirical therapy in wake of emerging bacterial and fungal resistance
  • New diagnostic and treatment modalities in bacterial and fungal infections
  • Update on recent European Guidelines on various aspects of infections in cancer patients
