How do I register for ECCVID 2020?

In order to register for the congress, please use the online registration.


How can I pay the registration fees?

Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card only. If you should not have this possibility, please contact: conferences[at]escmid.org.


Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring company/hospital’s name?

Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to the sponsoring company, please indicate the respective address during the online registration process.


Can I register for the conference without paying?

No, your online registration has to be finalised either by credit card.

 

 

Do I need to be an ESCMID member to register?

 

No, you do not need to be an ESCMID member, however you do need to have an ESCMID profile which can be made here.

 

What does my registration fee include?

Registration includes: Access to scientific content areas, including:

 

  • Scientific symposia
  • Keynote lectures
  • ePosters and scientific abstracts
  • Community chat function

 


Access to the industry content of the conference, including:

 

  • Virtual exhibition halls
  • Virtual Integrated Sessions (VIS)
  • Blended Industry Learnings

 

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?

Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is received and registration is completed.


How can I register a group?

In order to make a group registration please contact conferences[at]escmid.org. Group registrations are accepted for bookings 20 registrations and bigger and can be paid by bank transfer only. After the receipt of the funds a list with access codes will be shared. In order to participate, each delegate will still need his own ESCMID log-in details.
