ESCMID has been following the current events regarding the spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant in Portugal.
The Summer School is still planned to take place between 4-11 September 2021 in Carcavelos, as it is hoped that the situation will improve by this time.
In the meantime, we would advise that participants do not book travel tickets until early August 2021, when the public health situation in Portugal is clearer.
