From meningitis to infectious diseases of the brain in general - EMESG becomes ESGIB

At the general assembly of EMESG 2012 the decision has been taken to broaden up the topic of EMESG from meningitis to include other infectious diseases of the central nervous system. To this end we have joined forces with colleagues interested in encephalitis to form a new study group called ESCMID Study Group for Infectious Diseases of the Brain (ESGIB).

You are happily invited to join and contribute to our activities.
