WEEKLY NEWS

Dear colleagues,

ESCMID Vaccine Study Group EVASG sent out a press release, urging pregnant women to get flu vaccination to protect themselves and their babies.
The first international One Health Day takes place on 3 November. It is dedicated to Jack Woodall (1935 – 2016), a one health leader and co-founder of an early warning system to monitor outbreaks of emerging diseases. One health is at the core of ESCMID's veterinary study group ESGVM, which participates in a number of initiatives including the European Network for Evaluation of One Health.
