IMD is a rare but potentially deadly disease that can result in severe
complications and lifelong disability.1 But what do these outcomes really
mean for both IMD survivors and the clinicians responsible for their care?
 
Tune in as a diverse panel of experts provide their perspectives on
the care and follow-up of IMD survivors, including the requirements
for long-term medical management. Together, we will also explore the
epidemiology of IMD in the context of COVID-19 and introduce recent
advances in IMD prevention options.
