Celebrating 30 years of ESCMID Education courses

The ESCMID Postgraduate Education Course that took place in Sibenik, Croatia, from 17–19 October, marked the 30-year anniversary of ESCMID education courses.

Course organisers raised a toast to Professor Ian Phillips who coordinated the first ESCMID PGEC back in 1992 in Trabzon, Türkiye, and paid tribute to all the ESCMID educators who have taken part in ESCMID’s courses over the past 30 years. ESCMID thanks all course organisers for their dedicated support and vision over the past 30 years, and we look forward to the future of ESCMID’s educational programme!
