Event description:
We encourage all who are interested in the clinical practice and research on infections in immunocompromised host to attend this important conference and consider submitting an abstract. Many symposia, plenary sessions, poster sessions will provide the attendee with opportunities to interact with leading experts in infectious diseases and immune-deficiencies. Our conference covers diverse topics: new diagnostics, infections in transplant recipients, invasive fungal infections, treatment of multi-resistant bacteria, infectious complications in immunocompromised children, infections and intensive care in neutropenic cancer patients, antiviral and antifungal immune responses in compromised hosts, prophylaxis and treatment of viral infections in immunocompromised hosts, and others.

Attendance Grants:
ESCMID provides a number of attendance grants for ESCMID “young scientist members”. The grant covers the registration fee, but not travel or accommodation costs. Please apply HERE before 4 May 2018. Applicants will be informed about their acceptance by 21 May 2018.
