Based on the success of the first joint meeting in Beijing, China in 2015, ESCMID is partnering with the Chinese Medical Association, The Lancet Infectious Diseases and the International Society for Infectious Diseases (ISID) on the 2nd International Conference on "Infections and their Prevention - New Challenges, New Strategies", in Nanjing, China on Nov 18 and 19, 2016. Chinese and international speakers will provide updates on severe ID challenges in China, emerging threats, vaccine discovery and implementation and antibiotic therapy and resistance.
