Description:
A 5 day hands-on workshop called BioBash Summer School is ideal for life scientists who are just starting their adventure in bioinformatics. While introductory courses in the Linux command line and R will be given, the bulk of the workshop will focus on developing solid foundations in the Python programming language that you will repeatedly require regardless of your actual scientific question.

During the workshop, participants will be working on their own programming assignments and projects to put the new knowledge directly into practice.
