Description:
This workshop will explore the interface between the Clinical Trial Regulation, expected to be applicable in 2017-2018, and the In vitro Diagnostics and Data Protection regulations now being discussed by the EU Parliament and Council. EU has been recently working on the updates of key regulations that impact clinical research in EU. Audience will be interested to learn about selected elements of these regulations and prospective impact assessment. It is expected that debate with the audience would raise awareness about the impact of new rules on innovation and the EU competitiveness in the field of clinical research.
