ESCMID’s Summer School was another big success

The Summer School was held in Istanbul, Turkey, from 4 – 11 July 2015. The excellent lectures by renowned experts in the field and the record participation of 69 delegates from 24 countries made this event so successful. The presentations and a picture gallery can be found in our Online Lecture Library. The gallery is also on Facebook. We are already planning next year’s Summer School, which will take place in Seville, Spain, and are looking forward to welcoming some of you to this next event.

The registration deadline for the workshop on C. difficile in Maribor is 31 July

They will be trained in in-vitro susceptibility testing, agarose-based ribotyping, sequencer-based capillary ribotyping, molecular toxin gene detection and use of comparative genomics for epidemiological investigations in daily infection control practise.
