Individual membership is open to all scientists interested in viral hepatitis and will be approved by the Executive Committee.
Corporate members are allowed and will be approved by the Executive Committee.
Application forms are available through and should be sent to the secretary of the ESGVH.
Membership fees will be defined at the membership assemblies.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of at least a chairperson, a secretary, and a treasurer.
Additional members may be elected mainly to ensure better representation from different European countries.
Members of the Executive Committee are elected for 2 years. The number of re-elections is not limited.
The Executive Committee will meet at regular intervals (as and when necessary) and is responsible for: a. organizing the membership meetings b. organizing scientific meetings in collaboration with local organizers c. defining joint projects d. raising funds for joint projects e.any other activity
