Current activities
Currently the TAE is collecting data from all CM and ID training programmes as well as getting in touch with as many trainees as possible. We plan to arrange for Observerships in other laboratories and hospitals.

A special educational event dedicated to trainees will take place at ECCMID 2013 in Berlin on Saturday 27 April.
The third »Trainees Day: a time for trainees to share their knowledge under the supervision of seniors« will be a highly interactive session for trainees in Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, covering very interesting topics presented by internationally renowned experts.
This year’s programme will cover important epidemiological links between infections and animal exposure, surgical site infections in a view of both clinical and microbiological aspect, and how to produce high quality research papers.
