After half of the mentorship period has passed, an interim report is requested for submission online. Reports are then approved by the Professional Affairs Officer and the continuation of the mentorship enters its second phase. Upon completion of the mentorship, a final report must also be submitted online. Following this, please send original receipts to the ESCMID Executive Office for reimbursement.
