Investigate the in vitro activity (inhibitory and cidal) of various antibiotic combinations against MDR strains of pathogens using E-test, checkerboard and killing curve methods. Investigate the PAE's of antibiotic combinations in relation to the concentration of the agents, sequence, and time of exposure on these strains.
