Tuition Fee

• EUR 600 for ESCMID members
• EUR 800 for non-members

The tuition fee covers the course, educational material, accomodation, 1-week public transportation ticket (ivb), breakfast, lunches and the social events.

Attendance Grants

For ESCMID members needing financial support, ESCMID provides a number of attendance grants covering the tuition fee of EUR 600. Applicants should state this during the registration process. Please note the deadline for application: 21 May 2012. Recipients of a grant will be notified by 12 June 2012 at the latest.

Application Procedure

To apply for the ESCMID Summer School 2012, please register online using the link in the right column of this page.

Application deadline is 21 May 2012. Registration will be confirmed by 12 June 2012. For late application check with the administrative secretariat if there are still places available. Late applicants will have to pay a surcharge of EUR 100.

As part of the application process we request that you provide

• a short letter explaining your professional situation and motivation for attending the Summer School
• a brief CV, including your professional address and birth date
• the description of a case/problem for presentation during the Summer School

The registration can not be completed without providing the above stated documents.
The successful candidates will be selected by the ESCMID Education Subcommittee and notified by 12 June 2012 at the latest.
