Course Objectives
- To know about the epidemiology of acute infectious encephalitis in Europe and other travel destinations
- To be able to distinguish between infectious encephalitis and infection-mimicking encephalitis
- To understand the pathophysiology of acute infectious encephalitis
- To be able to propose an appropriate biological and imaging diagnosis management
- To manage unusual or rare infectious encephalitis
- To be able to propose an appropriate treatment for an acute infectious encephalitis
