Designed to empower scientists in their pursuit of knowledge, our attendance grants provide support to scientists who wish to attend educational and scientific events organised or endorsed by ESCMID. Whether it be for courses, educational programmes, the renowned ESCMID Summer School, or other ESCMID-supported events, these grants open the doors to a world of learning and professional development.
This grant covers the registration fee for the educational or scientific event of your choice, unless otherwise specified. Please note travel and accommodation expenses are not included unless accommodation costs are integrated into the event's registration fee. Our internal ESCMID criteria will be meticulously applied to generate a ranking list, ensuring fairness and transparency in the selection process. Once the ranking is complete, successful grantees will be notified within two weeks of the application deadline. Grantees will receive a notification email from the ESCMID Office or the respective event organiser.
