TAE Steering Committee
Election October 2012

We are pleased to announce the results of the second TAE SC election in 2012. The following candidates were elected by simple majority:

Infectious Diseases

  • Joana Cortez (Coimbra, Portugal), with 27 votes
  • Alejandro Martin-Quiros (Madrid, Spain), with 22 votes

Clinical Microbiology

  • Chrysanthi Skevaki (Athens, Greece), with 28 votes
  • Kanita Dedic (Bihac, Bosnia and Herzegovina), with 26 votes

 We congratulate the newly elected TAE SC members and welcome them to the TAE Steering Committee. We would also like to thank all candidates for their interest and active participation in the electoral procedure.
